Where is it produced?
Kenya is the world’s 5th largest exporter of CTC black tea, used in tea bags. We were lucky enough to discover that Kenya also produces high quality orthodox teas, including specialty teas.
The raw leaves are grown on the Southern slopes of Mount Kenya in Western Kenya, and processed by our partner factory Kangaita, Kenya’s home of specialty teas.
